Problems with Landlord or Landlady
It does not happen very often, but in order to avoid problems, it is best to arrange everything which is important for you in advance. We get the information on our website from the landlords and landladies, but since you sign the contract with them, please make sure that:

1. You get a confirmation about the total costs (e.g. incl DSL, telephone connection) from them. The landlord might sometimes charge more if more people are living in the flat. 
 
2. The landlord or landlady uses the Crocodilian rental contracts and that you arrange to get back your deposit the day you move out (exception of telephone deposits).

3. You arrange everything in advance which is important to you before you rent a room (are you allowed to have visitors staying for a few days - extra costs etc.)  

Crocodilian will address the landlord or the landlady in case they don't act according to the contract concluded.
You can also rate the accommodation, the handling by the landlord or the landlady and our service once you have moved out.
