Temporary Accommodation in Berlin

Crocodilian-Rooms in Berlin only offers temporary accommodation. Tenants only get a subrental contract for a limited period - not open-end. It is also important to know, that you can't cancel the contract before. 
For a room, the maximum rental is 1 year, for a flat according to arrangement with the landlord. 
Not all apartments listed on our site, which have unlimited availability will also be rented out for a year or more. 
As soon as we receive your application form for  a flat or a room, we will introduce you to the landlord and find out if a longer rental period is possible. 
If you are looking for an accommodation for more than a year, obviously we won't have an umlimited choice of objects.
