About us

Since 2005, Crocodilian has been an agent for furnished flats in Berlin’s city center since 2005.  Our initial concept was to provide renters, as well as owners, with a fast and easy service, based on individual needs.  We lay value on quality, not quantity, and due to our strong presence in Google, we can ensure owners with professional marketing of their property.

Crocodilian has a sophisticated clientele which includes academics (professors, doctorates (often from the United States)), business people, noted artists, etc.  About 80% of the tenants and 30% of the owners come from abroad.
