The prices for apartments in Berlin have gone up but property in Berlin is still cheaper than in other European capitals. Since we receive a lot of requests from people who do not know Berlin and the market and who want to buy an apartment in order to rent out furnished, we now offer a new service.

Ask questions, send us exposé of objects etc. and we will give you a feedback on the chances on the furnished rental market. What makes more sense, renting out furnished or unfurnished, investment in furnishing, areas to consider etc.

Viewing of Apartments
100 Euro incl. VAT per apartment

- We do not search apartments for clients
- We cannot give you detailed information on tax
