we are pleased, that you want to register an apartment or guest room at Crocodilian-Rooms in Berlin.
Our service is free of charge for landlords, but it is not without obligations. 
Please read our terms and conditions. With your registration, you agree to inform us as soon as the availability of your offer has changed or if it is not available any more. This is very important!     
Apartments and guest rooms which are centrally located, well-appointed, modern and clean are very much in demand. So is DSL. In order to ensure a professional marketing of your flat, we need good digital photos - preferably in landscape format, 500 x 700 Pixel min. If you don't have a digital camera, you can also book our photos service (see form below) Your apartment will also be advertised in Immobilienscout 24.
