we are pleased, that you want to register your furnished apartment with Crocodilian-Rooms in Berlin.
Our service is free of charge for owners, but it is not without obligations. 
Please read our terms and conditions. With your registration, you agree to inform us as soon as the availability of your offer has changed or if it is not available any more. This is very important!     
Apartments which are centrally located, well-appointed, modern and clean are very much in demand. So is DSL. In order to ensure a professional marketing of your flat, we need good digital photos - preferably in landscape format, 500 x 700 Pixel min. If you offer your flat long term, we will also come to your apartment and take professional photographs. This service is also free of charge.
