Registration of an Apartment at Crocodilian-Rooms in Berlin

If you want to rent out an apartment, please note:

•  Your apartment should be available for one month at least.  
• Ideally, you also accept shorter rental periods (not a must). 
• The apartment should be well-kept and modern.  DSL is a plus.
• At the moment, we do not list apartments with heating by stove. 
• Photos are very important! Without good photos, we can't list your property.
  We also offer a photo service if you don't have a digital camera.  
  Please send us pictures of all rooms (also kitchen and bathroom), house, surroundings,view etc (the more, the better). Find all information on "taking pictures of your flat" here.
