Subletting a Room at Crocodilian-Rooms in Berlin

If you want to rent out a room for guests, please read the following information:

• Your apartment should be available for an unlimited period of time, but at least for one year. 
• You should not look for a permanent subtenant -most people stay for 1-2 months and you should agree to renting out your room for 1 month minimum. Our clients for rooms are language students, intern and people who spend a limited period of time in Berlin working. Since we don't arrange viewing the room (this is too time consuming for all parties) good photos are very important.  
• Your room should be centrally located - rooms in Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg are very much in demand. 
  - The room should be well kept and modern, DSL is always a plus. 
  - There should be a bed - we don't list rooms with mattrasses. Sleeping sofas are not so popular, but accepted.  
• Your room should not be heated by stove. 
•  Photos are very important! Without good photos, we can't list your property.
  We also offer a photo service if you don't have a digital camera.  
  Please send us pictures of all rooms (also kitchen and bathroom), house, surroundings,view etc (the more, the better). Find all information on "taking pictures of your flat" here
