Problems in filling in our online appliation form
If you have problems filling in the online application form and if you are not able to send it, it is most likely that you have forgotten to fill in one field. Please pay attention: All field with a pink asterisk * are required. It could also be that your credit card is rejected.   

If you forget to fill in on field, you get the information of the missing field on top of the website. 
If have filled in all required fields and if you still have problems, please make a copy of the filled in page and send it to us by fax. In some rare cases, valid credit cards are rejected. If you send us all information by fax, we have do a direct credit card check.  Please read here why we need your credit card details when you register.
