Rent a private flat or room in Berlin
Crocodilian - Rooms in Berlin offers private apartments and rooms in shared flats. In most cases, the landladies and landlords rent out their own flat for a limited period of time- they are either abroad, working in another city etc. Other flats are holiday flats and the landlords don't live there. 

All rooms on our website are rooms within a flat. Unless otherwise mentioned, you share kitchen and the bathroom with the landlady or the landlord. Sometimes you have your own bathroom or entrance, since grande Old Berlin flats have two entrances - from the front - and from the garden house.
You find information about the flatmate (sex, age, profession and sometimes interests) on the expose of the room. Most landladies and landlords who rent out a guest room in their flat, live a alone and are mostly in their 30s and 40s.

Length of rental
You can rent an accommodation from 1 week to a whole year - sometimes longer, but this is the exception. It is not possible to rent an apartment or a room for an unlimited period of time.
