Rent
The rent usually includes all bills like gas, electricity etc. If there are additional costs, it is mentioned in the expose.
DSL
Tenants can rent a surfstick at the Crocodilian office. Please let us know in advance, so that we can reserve a stick for you.
Commission fee
If we succeed in finding an accommodation for you which you actually rent, a commission fee is due.
