All object which you find when give in the rental period on "Search", are available. Our database is updated every day.
But before you can book it, the landlord has to agree with the rental period. If there is no other applicant interested in the room or the flat, this is no problem.
If e.g. a flat is available from Feb 1 - Sept 1, it is not guranteed that a landlord will rent out the the place to you from March 1 - May 1, since he will risk losing 1 monthly rent. But then again - you might be lucky. It is better if you are a bit flexible - also regarding the area.
Our service is not only sending you the contact details, but we check your chances first, e.g. if there are other applicants, and then we establish contact between you and the landlord. So won't waste time with negotiations that lead to nothing.
