 If you have agreed to rent a room or a flat, you also arrange with the landlady or the landlord the payment of the rent- either bank transfer, Paypal or cash when you arrive.
For our commission fee, you get an invoice via email and we charge your credit card
Please note: We only rent out private accommodation and unlike hotel accommodation, it is not possible to cancel your contract. If you have agreed to rent a place for a certain period of time, you have to pay for it, whether you arrive later or not at all. The landlord is also bound to keep the contract and can't rent out the apartment or room to anybody else.
