S  hort-term rental in Berlin Flats and rooms for short - and medium term rental are very much in demand in Berlin. We have a lot of customers, who are looking for small budget as well as larger and more luxurious apartments. Apartments The apartment, that you register on our website, should be available for at least one month and it must be furnished. Centrally located, well-kept flats, especially with DSL, are very popular among tenants. It is also important, that that flat has real beds and no mattrasses on the floor. Once you have registered your flat, we can tell you how we rate the chances of renting out your flat. Rooms We are looking for landladies and landlords, who have a spare guest room in their apartment and are not looking for a long term flatmate but rather want to offer their room for short term rental. At the moment, we don't take rooms in shared flats (WG). The room should be furnished with a bed (mattrasses are not very popular). |
