Are Viewings of Apartments in Advance possible? 

Yes, they are, generally speaking. But owners do not want to organize endless viewings. Understandably, since they always have a arrange viewings with their current tenants (who are not to happy with a visitor every other day) etc. 
Before we can get in touch with the owner, we need an application from you. Sorry, no viewing are possible without official application. Owners want to know something about the tenant in advance, they want to be sure that they are seriously interested.
As soon as we have received your application form for an apartment (it is enough to fill in the form once, by the way), we will get in touch with the owner and ask if he or she is interested in your request and if a viewing would be possible.  Sometimes there are other people interested in the apartment who want to rent for a longer period of time of who want to rent without prior viewing. It is our job to find out how your chances are, if a viewing would be possible, and if so - when. 
 

How fast can a Viewing be organized?

The owner cannot just enter a rented apartment to show it to a prospective tenant. For that reason, the owner has to get in touch with the current tenant of the place first to arrange the viewing. For that reason, it could be that it will take 1-2 days and sometimes longer before the viewing can take place.

When can an Apartment be viewed? 

Viewings are most often orgnized 2-4 weeks before the current tenant will leave. Sometimes tenants, for example, decide to extend the lease for another month, and they give him notice one month before the contract ends. Owners will, of course, only organise a viewing if they are sure that the current tenant will move out. A lot of apartments are also rented out without prior viewing, and so it could happen that the owner decides to rent out to the tenant who rents the apartment without viewing.
